I bought an outdoor Play set from Made-in-China.com. It took 2 months to deliver and when it arrived, it was not what was listed on their website, it was purely plastic and in bad color, faded in some parts. I have to mail it back abd pay for shipping. Up until now, the new item is not yet delivered. Waiting for 2 weeks now!!!!

Kirk Olivas Pool messed my pool up

I hired Kirk Olivas Pool to do some replastering on our pool. After the work was done. I noticed that the pool has become discolored, hand prints can be seen as well as trowell marks and the pool looks worse thatn before. I called them and told them about the problems, his solution was temporary though, acid wash.

Never hire this company. They are inexperienced and unprofessional. Got my pool messed up!

Never received credit report from Experian

I was charged by Experian Credit Report for $16.95. This isn’t a one time payment. I have been charged for a year already that’s why I called them. The rep found it funny to dispute a $16.95 charge when I told them that I want a dispute on this one and I want the charges to stop. He told my the charges cannot be refunded and at the sound of his voice, he was laughing. I was so upset. I have been paying for $16.95 for a year now but never have I ever received a credit report!

Western Union Nosy Agents

I sent money to my sister through Western Union, the agent misspelled her name and she can’t retrieve the money. I called their Customer Service but the agent who answered is so rude. Interrogating me as if I am a criminal. Asking why I am sending the money, to whom, and why again. She is just too nosy!!! Never used Western Union again!!

American Express booked me twice

I made a reservation to fly from Atlantaa, GA to Tampa, FL. After reservation, I cannot print my itinerary, I knwe that there is a problem. The next day, I was told that I have to rebook my flight through American Express. So, I rebook my flight with them but after 2 days, another American Express rep told me that I have to rebook my flight AGAIN.

I told them that I already rebooked my flight but the rep said that I do not have a flight booked yet. So I rebook my flight. After a couple of days, I called Air Tran and found out that I was booked twice at the same flight and same day (they have spelled my name wrong). I have to call American Express to cancel my flight! It took hours before the flight was cancellled but no refund was issued! Terrible!

Reporting lost card on Suntrust Bank

I lost my debit card last Thursday and I have called every Suntrust number that I could find specifically their lost card number which is 800-786-8787. After a series of menu prompts, I have never been able to speak with an agent. It’s very unprofessional for a bank to not answer call as important as this!
